資源基礎觀點認為組織擁有價值、獨特的資源,容易取得競爭優勢,這一趨勢讓組織資源從「非人」資源類別轉化為與「人」相關的資源類別、從「資產」資源類別轉化為「能力」資源類別,說明組織資產已逐漸從「有形」資產轉化為「無形」資產。個人靠學習培養能力,組織靠知識管理活動來保存、傳播、創新知識,以提升組織的技術能力,尤其在知識經濟、全球化的高不確定性環境,組織須努力地提升其技術能力,才能降低不確定性對組織理性的威脅。過去知識管理研究在探討知識管理活動,經常以知識取得、知識建立、知識儲存、知識移轉和應用等作為討論的構面,蠅少以組織理論的觀點來探討知識管理活動的內涵。本研究擬根據資訊觀點說明知識發展、知識保護、資訊科技傳送知識等功能說明知識管理活動的內涵,並探討組織信任構念與不確定性構念對知識管理活動與技術能力的干擾作用。研究目的乃是以嚴謹理論推導知識管理活動之相關命題,提供約術界作為知識管理理論基礎之參考,並進一步提出對理論、實務應用及後續研究之相關意涵與建議等。
According to the view of resource-based theory, it is facile to get competitive advantages in case organizations valuable and unique organizational resources. It is a trend that leads organizational resources from ”non-human-related” to ”human-related”, and from ”capital assets” to ”capabilities” now. This phenomenon shows that the management of organizational assets has turned visible resources into invisible resources. Personal capabilities are cultivated by learning; however, competitive advantages of organizations are gained by knowledge management activities. Knowledge management activities help organizations to store, communicate and innovate knowledge in order to enhance organizational technological capability. Under the high uncertainty pressure of both knowledge economic and globalization environments, only higher technological capabilities can conquer with high uncertainty and diminish the threats from globalization.
