本研究目的在於:一、比較有氧舞蹈課(實驗組)與無運動(對照組)女大學生在BMI、身體活動自我呈現自信心、社會體型焦慮及體型滿意度上的差異。二、了解有氧舞蹈介入十週後對於女大學生的BMI、身體活動自我呈現自信心、社會體型焦慮及體型滿意度上的變化。本研究以78位女大學生為研究對象(實驗組57位,控制組21位)。研究工具為身體活動自我呈現自信心量表、社會體型焦慮量表和體型滿意度量表。所蒐集的資料以獨立樣本t考驗、相依樣本t考驗行資料處理與分析。本研究所得結果如下:一、實驗組與對照組在後測成績上,身體活動自我呈現自信心(總分、身體吸引力、體重的控制)、社會體型焦慮及體型滿意度差異達顯著水準;二、實驗組在前測與後測成績上,BMI、體活動自我呈現自信心(總分、身體吸引力、體重的控制)、社會體型焦慮及體型滿意度差異達顯著水準。
The purposes of the study were: 1. to compare the differences between the experimental group's scores (including BMI, self-presentation confidence in physical activity, social physique anxiety, and physique satisfaction) and control group's scores; 2. to explore the differences between the experimental group's pre-test scores (including BMI, self-presentation confidence in physical activity, social physique anxiety, and physique satisfaction) and post-test scores. The subjects were 78 participators (including 57 in experimental group and 21 in control group). The research tools were Self-Presentation Confidence in Physical Activity Inventory, Social Physique Anxiety Scale, and Physique Satisfaction Inventory. The collected data were analyzed by t-test (independent), t-test (dependent). The results were as follows: 1. There were significant differences of self-presentation confidence in physical activity, social physique anxiety, and physique satisfaction between the experimental group and control group. 2. There were significant differences of pre-test and post-test scores (including BMI, self-presentation confidence in physical activity, social physique anxiety, and physique satisfaction in the experimental group's pre-test scores and post-test scores).
