本研究旨在探討「公立幼稚園教師在合作教學上問題及其影響因素」,採用質性研究方法,以三名公立幼稚園教師為對象,進行半結構訪談,藉此了解公立幼稚園教師在合作教學中之問題與其影響因素,進而提供未來於相似環境下之合班教師及相關單位人員之參考。依研究發現,提供幼教師、園所行政單位、教育主管機關建議。其研究結果如下: 一、合作教學之問題:有難以融入既有班級活動中、漠視新手教師權益、合班教師間無法溝通、合作教學流於制度化、教師逃避應有責任、錯誤訊息,使教師間產生誤會、幼兒或家長對教師的偏愛。 二、影響合班教學因素,包含個人特質、教育理念、教師資歷以及工作分配四部分。
The purpose of this study was to explore” the problems of the public kindergarten teachers' cooperative teaching and the influential factors”. Qualitative approach was adopted for data collection and analysis. Informants included three public kindergarten teachers .Data collection included semi-structured interviews to understand the problems of the public kindergarten teachers' cooperative teaching and the influential factors. Some suggestions were made concretely for kindergarten teachers, administrative staff of early childhood education and educational administrators. The results of this study were summarized as follows: First, the problems were in the public kindergarten teachers' cooperative teaching such as the other teacher's participation in the established classroom activities, the oppressions of the beginning teachers, the communication of two teachers teaching in the same classroom, cooperative teaching being not put into practice, teacher lacking of responsibility, scandal about the other teacher, and the favor of children or parents. Second, the influential factors included personal traits, the thoughts of education, teacher's teaching background, and task distribution.
