藉由同步輻射的高強度連續能量光譜,X光吸收光譜術得以迅速普及成為一項分析物質結構之強有力工具。本文概略描述X光吸收光譜術之原理、實驗方法、以及數據分析,並列舉數例說明其在觸媒特性分析上的應用,希望能增進國內研究者對此項技術之使用興趣,最後達到同步輻射研究與工業應用之一項結合。
X-ray absorption spectroscopy (XAS) has become a powerful structural tool during past two decades, mainly by the use of synchrotron radiation. In this article, the principles, experimental method. and data analysis of XAS are briefly described. Some examples illustrate the application of XAS to catalyst characterization. It is hoped that the interest of domestic researchers in using this technique will be promoted, and a combination of synchrotron radiation research and industrial applications can be achieved.
