摘要


氮雜環碳烯配位基與膦基具有類似特性,因此廣泛被研究。主要原因是其配位基和其金屬錯化合物的容易合成,包含其特殊的水、熱、空氣穩定性及其金屬錯化合物在催化偶合反應具有高度活性。本文的目的是對近年研究熱絡的氮雜環碳烯鈀錯合物針對其分子設計並應用於偶合反應活性影響提出扼要的介紹。

Because N-heterocyclic carbene ligands exhibit similar characteristics to phosphine ligands, they have been widely investigated. NHC metal complexes are highly active in catalyzing coupling reactions. The main reason is the easy synthesis of the ligands and their metal complexes, comprising the stability of the complexes toward moisture, heat or air. In this article, we present a brief introduction to design N-heterocyclic carbene palladium complexes that have been studied in relevant research activity as well as their application in coupling reactions.
