牛蒡補充劑對於提升運動表現以及抗疲勞作用之探討

Study on the Effects of Burdock Supplement on Exercise Performance and Anti Fatigue

摘要


牛蒡在中草藥中被使用已歷史悠久,最早的使用記載於南北朝時的名醫別錄中,稱其久服輕身耐勞。此外,本草綱目上也敘述了牛蒡通十二經脈,去五臟惡氣之功效。在現今科學上,也證實了牛蒡具有抗腫瘤、降血脂、抗菌、抗發炎、抗氧化等。運動疲勞是造成運動表現下降的短暫的生理現象之一,造成運動疲勞的原因很多,可能是能源耗盡或相關代謝廢棄物產出過多堆積,且目前也有許多文獻指出補充牛蒡可以降低運動所產生的乳酸、血氨,並改善運動所造成的骨骼肌損傷,降低運動所造成傷害與延緩疲勞。因此,補充牛蒡具有消除運動疲勞及提升運動表現的功效。故本文的觀點將從中草藥醫學及營養增補的概念,將牛蒡視為營養增補劑,達到促進健康、增加運動表現,最終達到抗疲勞作用。

Sports fatigue is one of the transient physiological phenomenon caused by decreased athletic performance, fatigue caused by many reasons, may be the depletion of energy related metabolic waste output or excessive accumulation, and currently there are many literatures of burdock can reduce the movement of blood lactic acid. Ammonia, and improve the skeletal muscle damage caused by movement, reduce the damage caused by the movement and delaying fatigue. Therefore, adding burdock is remove the fatigue and the effect of enhancing sports performance. Therefore, this point of view from the The concept of herbal medicine and nutritional supplements, will be considered as a nutritional supplement burdock, to promote health, increase exercise performance, and ultimately to achieve the effect of fatigue.
