近年來台灣有越來越多營建工程類型的專案將建築資訊模型 (Building Information Modeling, BIM) 應用於工程施工階段中。當施工BIM 模型資訊未確實的進行記錄、發佈與更新,可能導致營造廠在施工期間版本使用不正確等問題,使施工BIM 模型後續應用產生問題,進而無法完整發揮其價值,降低BIM 技術導入的效益。為解決上述的問題,本研究針對營造廠導入型態管理 (Configuration Management, CM) 的概念,提出一套應用型態管理方法之施工BIM 模型管理模式。型態管理方法具有完整的定義、系統化之架構及全面規劃與管制的概念等特性,可導入應用於施工BIM 模型管理中,有紀律的管制變更、記述資料的完整性。本研究利用型態架構、文件記述資料的內容與管理流程等內容,作為BIM 模型管理之狀態反應與追蹤紀錄的基礎,完成型態控制過程之循環,使施工BIM 模型管理模式具有可追溯性與系統化等特性,達到型態控制需求基準之發展。最後經由實際案例導入與回饋,探討該方法應用之效益與限制。
The accuracy of as-built BIM models is important for further BIM-related applications during the construction phase. However, serious problems of as-built BIM models exist in practice because of as-built model mismatch and incorrect information entry of as-built models. Furthermore, all changes of as-built BIM models modifications should be identified and tracked for as-built BIM models management. Configuration Management (CM) is project management tool that enables to anticipate, manage and execute changes that are inevitable effectively in any project. In order to solve the above problems, this study proposes the as-built BIM models management approach integrated with configuration management for general contractors during the construction phase. Furthermore, the proposed approach was applied in selected building case studies in Taiwan to verify the proposed approach. Finally, the benefits, limitations, conclusion and suggestion are summarized for further applications.
