運動志工團隊智慧資本之研究

摘要

智慧資本被認為是知識經濟時代組織無形資產的焦點，價值創造的來源，運動志工團隊的價值來源，亦來自於團隊當中無形的智慧資本。本研究採用深度訪談法，訪談對象為板橋體育場及新莊體育場運動志工團隊之志工主管，深度探討志工團隊重要的智慧資本內涵為何，研究結果發現包括創新能力、流程的品質、彈性的組織結構、適應環境的能力、動態的組織、優良的工作環境、優良且具特色的文化與價值系統、吸引及維繫優秀人才的能力、顧客滿意度、與合作夥伴的良好關係、具備關鍵知識的志工、志工學習與教育訓練等十二項。

In the era of knowledge-based economy, intellectual capital is believed to be an intangible asset of an organization and a source of value development. One source of value for a volunteer sports team comes from the intangible intellectual capital of the team. This research includes in-depth interviews on the topic of intellectual capital in sports teams with the volunteer team managers at Panchiao Stadium and Hsinchuang Stadium in Taipei County. The research results highlight the following twelve key aspects of the teams: innovation ability, quality of processes and procedures, flexible organization design, unique cultural value system, the ability to attract and retain high-performance employees, customer satisfaction, good relationships with cooperation partners, volunteers that are more qualified with key knowledge, volunteer training, and education training.
