本研究旨在探討台南地區國中校長領導風格及內部行銷對教師組織承諾之影響關係,並比較不同背景變項與學校因素對校長領導風格、內部行銷及教師組織承諾之差異,以台南市各公私立國中教師為主要研究對象,採用問卷調查,有效問卷502份;取樣資料以描述性統計、單因子變異數分析與迴歸分析等統計方法進行分析,本研究結果顯示: 一、校長領導風格、內部行銷與教師組織承諾的程度都具有中等以上水準。 二、校長領導風格對內部行銷及教師組織承諾有顯著預測力。 三、校長內部行銷對教師組織承諾具有顯著預測力。 四、校長領導風格、內部行銷對教師組織承諾具有顯著預測力。 五、教師個人背景變項中,不同的教師年齡、教育背景、現任職務對轉型領導與組織承諾有顯著差異。 六、學校環境因素中,學校規模對校長領導風格、內部行銷及教師組織承諾存有顯著差異,而公私立學校對校長領導風格、內部行銷及教師組織承諾存有顯著差異。 最後,根據本研究結果提供建議,以供未來相關研究參考。
The study was aimed to the influence of principal's leadership style, internal marketing on teachers’ organizational commitment for junior high schools in Tainan. The samples of 502 questionnaires are analyzed by descriptive statistics, one-way analysis of variance (one-way ANOVA) and multiple regressions. The major findings of this study are follows: (1) The principal's leadership style, internal marketing and teachers’ organizational commitment are above the average sampling size. (2) The principal's leadership style can significantly predict the internal marketing and teachers’ organizational commitment. (3)The principal's internal marketing can significantly predict teachers’ organizational commitment. (4) The principal's leadership style and internal marketing can significantly predict teachers’ organizational commitment. (5) The teachers' personal background variables including ages, educational background and current position have significant difference on transformational leadership and organizational commitment. (6) The different school attribute has significant difference on principal's leadership style, internal marketing and teachers’ organizational commitment. Finally, based on the results of the research, some suggestions for further research and implications are given.
