本研究旨在探討國中生自我效能、知覺教師領導風格與學生組織公民行為之關係,採用問卷調查法與分層比例抽樣方式,針對台南市某公立國民中學進行施測並發出423 份問卷,回收有效問卷為390 份,其有效回收率為92.2%,進行相關分析、逐步多元迴歸分析等統計方法,考驗各項研究假設並提出研究結論與建議。本研究結果發現如下:1. 學生組織公民行為與國中生自我效能間呈正相關,其中以「自我調整」的自我效能與學生組織公民行為的相關最高。2. 學生組織公民行為與知覺教師領導風格間呈正相關,其中以轉型領導中的「激勵動機」、互易領導中的「例外管理」與學生組織公民行為的相關最高。3. 國中生「社會性」、「自我調整」的自我效能與教師「激勵動機」的轉型領導風格、「例外管理」的互易領導風格等對學生組織公民行為具有預測作用,預測力達33.5%。
This study aimed to investigate the junior high school students’ self-efficacy, perceived leadership styles of teachers and the relationship between organizational citizenship behaviors. The study method applied a questionnaire survey and stratified proportion sampling in public junior high schools in Tainan City. A total number of surveying questionnaires was 423 and 390 questionnaires were valid. The effective return rate was 92.2%. Statistical analysis was carried by correlation analysis and multiple stepwise. The results revealed that: 1. Organizational citizenship behaviors and self-efficacy of junior high school students had a positive correlation, especially the correlation between "self-regulation" dimension of self-efficacy and organizational citizenship behaviors were highest. 2. Organizational citizenship behaviors of junior high school students and perceived leadership styles of teachers had a positive correlation, especially the correlation between "inspirational motivation" dimensions of transformational leadership style, "management by exception" dimension of transactional leadership style and organizational citizenship behaviors were highest. 3. Self-efficacy and perceived leadership style of teachers had predictive effect to organizational citizenship behavior of junior high school students.
