主觀健康抱怨與減效出席之關聯探討

摘要


緒論: 減效出席是近十年的職場健康新議題,定義為「即使感到身體不適,仍然前往工作」。目前,減效出席還沒有公定的理論架構,在測量上也沒有黃金標準,但多數研究均以證實,減效出席會造成極龐大的健康損失,遠超過請假、醫療支出帶來的損失,故本研究將探討主觀健康抱怨與減效出席之相關。 研究方法: 本研究將各文獻中的因子整合成一份問卷,題目均來自於各文獻所使用並驗證過的題目,在進行前測驗證後,根據其結果,簡化問卷,修正問卷內容後再度於某間通訊科技公司施測,進行本次研究。 研究結果: 結果發現,與工作效率有相關的因子,並不一定會與減效出席行為有關,並發現不同嚴重度的主觀健康抱怨,才是導致減效出席行為的最主要原因,而主觀健康抱怨是工作特性因子與減效出席之間的中介因子。 結論與建議: 隨著主觀健康抱怨嚴重度的不同,以及個人與職場相輔影響之結果,使得工作者在身體不適時,也必須持續抱病工作,從而導致生產力的下降、健康程度的惡化。因此,應有效執行健康促進,降低不適症狀的發生,並提升職場友善度,讓病人能夠安心休養,才是創造雙贏,使全民更加健康的方法。

Introduction: Presenteeism in nearly a decade of workplace health issues, defined as "Even if feel unwell, still go to work". Until now, presenteeism still lack of an official theoretical framework, and there is no gold standard in the measurement, but there are many researches had determined that presenteeism will cause a huge loss of productivity, far more than absenteeism and medical expenditure. So this research will examine the association of subjective health complaints (SHC) and presenteeism. Method: This study will be scattered in the literature of each factor to be integrated into a questionnaire entitled to use and verify the subject from various literature. Measurement validation before proceeding, according to their results, to simplify the questionnaire, amend the contents of the questionnaires again after a particular ICT company facilities measured in this study. Result: It was found that the efficiency of relevant factors does not necessarily defeat at the behavior of confirmed work efficiency, and SHCs are mediator between presenteeism and the efficiency of relevant factors. Revision theory, I found that the workload and different severity of SHCs are the most important reason is the lead to defeat at the behavior of presenteeism. Conclusion: With the results of the different severity of symptoms, as well as personal and career go hand in effect, making the workers not feeling well, must also be continued ill, resulting in decreased productivity, the deterioration of health of. Therefore, should the effective implementation of health promotion to reduce the occurrence of symptoms, and improve the workplace friendly and safety, so that workers can rest at ease, and create a healthy workplace.
