行動擦挫傷傷口異常評估系統

Contusion and wound abnormal evaluation system in smart phone

摘要


隨著行動裝置使用日漸普及,一個新興的工具使用環境孕育而生,學者們稱之為行動應用環境,在這種便利的環境中,各種應用程式開發從過去以個人電腦為主轉移至以使用者為中心的行動裝置。再者,大部分的人都有因一時不小心而造成身體有大小擦傷傷口的產生,小的傷口容易復原,但傷口仍然可能因為照護不佳而引起嚴重的問題產生,因此,本論文提出在智慧型手機上應用跨平台視覺庫OpenCV的各種影像處理函式對擦傷傷口進行復原評估,對傷口的影像進行強化與去雜訊,對傷口影像做特徵的擷取,本論文用了6個特徵來評估擦傷傷口復原度,此六個特徵分別為色調(Hue)、飽和度(Saturation)、面積(Area)、加速穩健特徵(SURF)、尺度不辨特徵轉換(SIFT)、二元簡單描述符(ORB)。最後,再對影像做HSV轉換還有特徵值SURF、SIFT與ORB的抽取,傷口狀態的評估利用了倒傳遞類神經網路來完成。從實驗結果中,我們得知本論文所提出的方法在傷口辨識部份有94%的成功率,最後本系統的開發,對於傷口的狀態資訊不再單純只能依賴專業人員,使用者亦可透過手機的應用軟體取得傷口可能的相關狀態評估,達到護理傷口的目的。

With the mobile devices growing popularity, A new tool environment was coming. Scholars call Mobile applications. In this convenient environment, a variety of application development from the PC-based switched to the mobile device. Most people careless the wounds cause abrasions. It's easy to recovery the small wounds, but the wound may still inflamed because of poor care. It cause serious problems. Therefore, This study proposes to use OpenCV application on smart-phone, scratch wound assessment for recovery carried out to enhance the image of the wound and to remove noise, and get features. In this paper, using six characteristics to assess the degree of abrasion wound healing. This six characteristics were hue (Hue), Saturation (Saturation), area (Area), SURF, SIFT, ORB. Finally, convert the image to make HSV, SURF, SIFT and ORB, assess the state of the wound using a back-propagation neural network to complete. From the experimental results, we learned that the proposed method in the identification of some of the wounds get success rate 94%. Development of the system for information about the state of the wound do not rely on professionals users may get wound-related condition assessment software applications through mobile phones to achieve wound care purposes.
