本研究旨在探討一位資深遊戲治療師的專業發展及生命經驗之整合歷程,藉由他的成長背景、求學經歷、工作經驗,了解他對遊戲治療的熱忱,如何致力於遊戲治療之實務工作。希望透過呈現其專業發展的脈絡,提供新手遊戲治療師學習示範的角色,以及針對國內遊戲治療的訓練和發展之工作,提出具體之建議。 本研究採用質化研究方法,以半結構式訪談收集資料,再以敘說分析方法中的「整體-內容」分析方式進行資料整理與分析。本研究參與者乃為一位已具有三十年遊戲治療實務經驗之資深遊戲治療師。 本研究之結果發現,資深遊戲治療師專業發展歷程是,先有與兒童相處的豐富經驗,培養玩的能力,將既有的能力和經驗應用於兒童工作中。其從事實務過程中完全是靠自學,並從理論、實務、個人生命經驗中螺旋式的來回加深、加廣其專業知能,乃為由下到上之學習歷程。透過在實務中不斷的反省、修正、驗證,進而發展出個人的治療理論。其專業發展之影響因素包含熟悉工作族群、突破外在侷限、投入實務工作、自我精進、持續進修、自我整理,以及成為一位教學/督導者,擔任長期培訓遊戲治療師的紮根工作,讓遊戲治療專業的知識得以傳遞,提升新進遊戲治療師的專業知能。
The purposes of this study were to explore the intergration process of professional development and life experience of a senior play therapist. Through understanding his enthusiasm for play therapy, researcher intends to explore how and why he devoted himself to practice of play therapy. In order to provide novice play therapists a model to learn and to give the advices for play therapists/educators to improve their skills and knowledge, this study adopted the narrative inquiry method in the qualitative approach. Besides, a semi-structured interview was conducted to collect data. The results of the study were as follows: The senior played specialties in the professional development process, by having experience to get along with children and cultivating the capacity of play. During the process, he has learned from theories, practice, and his own life experience back and forth, which were liked a spiral. It’s the bottom up learning process to build his personal working model. The ways to develop professional process were familiar with children, breaking the external limitations, practicing, continuing education, self-introspection, and becoming a teacher or supervisors. In sum, it may make novice play therapists and the development of play therapy to improve their professional knowledge and skills.
