根據環保署統計,2016年12月開始到2017年2月間,全台大約有46%的天數是處在空氣汙染嚴重的情況下,由此可見台灣的空氣污染相當嚴重,而到底是那些因素造成空氣汙染日漸加劇呢? 雖有不少研究指出,發電廠距離、地理、季節等因素顯著地影響空氣品質,但對於這些外部因素如何影響各區域汙染源及影響程度則尚未釐清。 而本研究使用多層次分析模型來檢視外部因素對地區污染源的交互影響。利用airq.org.tw的中部監測站數據,檢驗季節、地形以及與發電廠距離等大範圍因素,是否增強各區域監測站的尖峰時段、汽機車密度、工業區距離對PM2.5數值? 經由研究發現,工業區距離、汽機車密度跟尖峰時段這三種因素,對於PM2.5並無顯著影響。在經過外部因素影響後,冬季以及位於盆地地形時會顯著影響PM2.5數值,但距離發電廠遠近並無顯著,因此透過分析能了解外部因素是否影響PM2.5。 本研究的結果有助於想更進一步了解其他外部因素對於空氣污染的影響,能有更多的假設及考慮方向。
According to statistics from the Environmental Protection Agency, from December 2016 to February 2017, about 46% of the days in Taiwan were severely polluted. This shows that Taiwan’s air pollution is quite serious, and what are the factors that caused it? Is air pollution increasing? Although many studies have pointed out that factors such as the distance of power plants, geography, and seasons significantly affect air quality, how these external factors affect the sources of pollution in various regions and the extent of their effects have not yet been clarified. This study uses a multi-level analysis model to examine the interactive effects of external factors on regional pollution sources. Using central monitoring station data from airq.org.tw to examine a wide range of factors such as seasons, topography, and distance from power plants, do you enhance the PM2.5 value of each regional monitoring station during peak hours, motor vehicle density, and distance from industrial areas? Through research, it is found that the three factors of distance from industrial area, density of motor vehicles and vehicles and peak period have no significant impact on PM2.5. After the influence of external factors, the value of PM2.5 will be significantly affected in winter and in the basin terrain, but the distance from the power plant is not significant. Therefore, it is possible to understand whether external factors affect PM2.5 through analysis. The results of this study are helpful for further understanding of the impact of other external factors on air pollution, so that you can have more assumptions and considerations
