在初期的腫瘤治療過程中,有效的定位是一件困難的任務。本研究藉由腫瘤組織特質及生理導電特性,發展以pH為導向之非侵入式高溫電熱療系統。在此利用電解液-金屬電極極化的方式量測阻抗。經由pH或離子濃度變化所造成之差異,作為電熱療之初步探討及應用於組織缺氧之評估。 在實驗的過程中,針對以下幾點去做探討:(1) 電極之型態 (2) 不同電阻估測電流 (3) 不同離子量測 (4) 溫度變化 (5) 增加痠性離子比例及電壓 (6) 加熱實驗驗證。經由實驗結果證明酸性離子比例及電壓增加時,在導電度與溫度有顯著差異。未來若運用於腫瘤電熱療系統上,將有助於破壞腫瘤細胞組織並降低周圍組織之傷害性。
In initial tumor therapy, to find it’s position difficult. In this research we employ conductive properties of tumor cell, to develop a non-invasive hyperthermia systems. Here we use electrolyte-electrode polarization method to measure impedance, and to detect variation in ion concentration and different pH values. In the experiment, to effect of the following factors: (1) electrode geometry (2) estimation current by different resistance(3)different kind of ions (4) changed temperature (5)enhanced number of hydrogen ions and voltage. The experiment indicates that, when enhance number of hydrogen ions and voltage, notable difference in conductivity and temperature were obsrrved. In the future, we can apply the finding in hyperthermia thermal systems, it may destroy tumor cell's and reduce injury the surrounding tissue
