火害後鋼筋混凝土柱之破壞行為研究

摘要


在台灣鋼筋混凝土於建築物上的使用相當的廣泛,其在結構上基本的應用包括樑、柱、樓板、牆,根據其所需功能不同亦分成許多不同種類的混凝土。有鑑於鋼筋混凝土建築物在火害後常造成相當大的損失,所以對於其整體結構在火害後之評估相當重要,而評估的首要條件便是了解鋼筋混凝土結構在火害後所產生的行為。近年來台灣對於鋼筋混凝土在各方面的研究已有一定水準,較常使用的研究方式為實驗分析,而隨著電腦計算速度的進步也開始使用電腦模擬的方式來代替實驗的方式,這樣的方式較節省成本與時間。 本研究以電腦模擬作為主要的研究方式,且以建築結構中的柱作為主要研究之對象。利用火災模擬軟體FDS(Fire Dynamics simulator)模擬實際火場,再藉由CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)軟體Phoenics 計算柱體內部溫度與機械性質的變化並將結果與實驗結果和理論作比對來評估結構可能產生之破壞行為。

The application of reinforce concrete on buildings are extensively in Taiwan, the base application of reinforce concrete include beam column floor and wall, and according to the different capability what we need, it can be classified to many different kinds of reinforce concrete. In view of the fire usually makes serious damage on reinforce concrete buildings, it is very important to estimate the damage on reinforce concrete structure after fire. At first, the key to estimate is realizing the behavior of reinforce concrete structure after fire. In recent year, in all of aspects of reinforce concrete research has been a certain level, the more commonly used research methods for the experimental analysis ,while with progress in computing speed have begun to use computer for simulations instead of experimental approach ,in such a way more cost and time savings. In this study is using the computer simulation as the main method to researching, and the columns in the building structure as the main object of study. Then use the fire simulator program FDS(Fire Dynamic Simulator) to simulate the real fire , and retrieved the required information from FDS, calculate the change of temperature and mechanical properties in the column, and then compare with existing experimental results to estimate the possible damage behavior on column.
