摘要 一系列含N,N¢-二-(3-吡啶)辛二醯二胺 (L) 與苯二乙酸輔助配位基搭配二價金屬藉由水熱法合成:{[Cu(L)(1,2-pda)]•H2O}n (1,2-pda = 1,2-phenylenediacetic acid),1,{[Cu(L)(1,3-pda)]•2H2O}n (1,3-pda = 1,3-phenylenediacetic acid),2,{[Cu(L)(1,4-pda)]•2H2O}n (1,4-pda = 1,4-phenylenediacetic acid),3,{[Ni(L)(1,4-pda)(H2O)2]•2H2O}n,4,{[Co(L)(1,4-pda)(H2O)2]•2H2O}n,5 {[Cd(L)(1,4-pda)]•2H2O}n,6 [Cu(L)(1,4-bdc)(H2O)2]n (1,4-bdc = 1,4-benzenedicarboxylic acid) ,7 。這些化合物藉由單晶X-ray繞射儀來鑑定其結構,更進一步藉由元素分析儀、粉末X-ray繞射儀、熱重分析儀來研究化合物的特性以及針對化合物對甲基橙的催化光特型來研究。 化合物1為一個雙核且具有(42.65.83)(42.6)-3,5T1拓樸學的三維結構,近一步把雙核中心簡化成單節點可以得到(412.63)-pcu樸學結構。化合物2 為一個(65.8)-cds的三為拓樸學結構,且結構當中具有罕見的5-fold 交互貫穿現象。化合物3具有1D的自我穿透結構,藉由者共結晶的水分子的氫鍵作用力形成三維的超分子結構。化合物4 - 5為結構異構物且都具有二維sql的拓樸學結構,近一步藉由者氫鍵作用力形成三維的超分子結構。化合物6為一個雙核且具有(42.67.8)(42.6)-3,5L2拓樸學的三維結構,若將雙核中心簡化成單節點可以得到sql的拓樸學結構。化合物7具有二維sql的拓樸學結構,近一步藉由者氫鍵作用力形成三維的超分子結構。
Abstract A series of metal(II) coordination polymers containing N,N¢-di(3-pyridyl)suberoamide (L) and isomeric phenylenediacetate ligands, {[Cu(L)(1,2-pda)]•H2O}n (1,2-pda = 1,2-phenylenediacetic acid), 1, {[Cu(L)(1,3-pda)]•2H2O}n (1,3-pda = 1,3-phenylenediacetic acid), 2, {[Cu(L)(1,4-pda)]•2H2O}n (1,4-pda = 1,4-phenylenediacetic acid), 3, {[Ni(L)(1,4-pda)(H2O)2]•2H2O}n, 4, {[Co(L)(1,4-pda)(H2O)2]•2H2O}n, 5, and {[Cd(L)(1,4-pda)]•2H2O}n, 6, [Cu(L)(1,4-bdc)(H2O)2]n (1,4-bdc = 1,4-benzenedicarboxylic acid), 7, have been synthesized by hydrothermal reactions. Their structures have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses and characterized by elemental analyses, powder X-ray diffraction and thermal gravimetric analysis. The photocatalytic activityes of complexes on methyl orange are also reported. Complex 1 is can be regarded as a 3,5-connected net with the (42.65.83)(42.6)-3,5T1 topology, which can be further simplified as a 6-cnnected 3D net with the (412.63)-pcu topology, if the centers of the two metal atoms are considered as nodes. Complex 2 is a 5-fold interpenetrated 3D structure with the (65.8)-cds topology. Complex 3 is a 1D self-penetrating structure and the adjacent 1D chains are linked by the cocrystallized water molecules through O-H---O and N-H—O hydrogen bonds to form a 3D supramolecular structure. Complexes 4 and 5 are isostructural, which can be simplified as a 4-connected 2D net with the sql topology, and the adjacent 2D layers are linked through O-H---O and N-H---O hydrogen bonds to form a 3D supramolecular structure. Complex 6 is a 2D structure, which forms a 3,5-connected net with (42.67.8)(42.6)-3,5L2 topology and can be further simplified as the sql topology. Complex 7 which can be simplified as a 4-connected 2D net with the sql topology, and the adjacent 2D layers are linked through O-H---O and N-H---O hydrogen bonds to form a 3D supramolecular structure.
