本研究的目的是希望了解國中特教班助理員專業知能需求,並建立國中特教班助理員培訓課程架構。研究方法主要採用德懷術(Delphi Technique)問卷調查方式,取樣國內熟悉國中特教班助理員服務之大專院校學者和實務工作者,共10名。研究者先由國內外相關實徵文獻研究中,整理出國中特教班助理員培訓課程的初步架構及內涵,並經過預試專家調整和修正後,以此為第一回合德懷術調查之正式問卷的內容。透過兩回合之自編問卷探討國中特教班助理員培訓課程架構及內涵的實際需求,並依據資料分析的結果,最後選取問卷中同時達一致性和重要性者,作為「國中特教班助理員培訓課程架構及內涵」。所得結論如下: 一、 本研究所建構之國中特教班助理員培訓課程架構及內涵,應可分為「核心能力」和「特殊能力」兩大範疇。 二、 國中特教班助理員培訓課程架構及內涵,在「核心能力」範疇下共發展八類主題及24項專業知能內涵。 三、 國中特教班助理員培訓課程架構及內涵,在「特殊能力」範疇下共發展兩類主題及7項專業知能內涵。
The purpose of this study is to understand the needs of professional competence of special needs assistants in the middle school and to establish the framework and content on the training for them. This study uses the "Delphi Technique" survey method and the sample included 10 university scholars and professionals who are familiar with the service of special needs assistants in the middle school. The researcher first compiled the preliminary framework and content of the training course for the special needs assistants in the middle school from the relevant literature. After the adjustment based on the suggestions from the pre-test experts, the revised version of the framework and content composed of the first round questionnaire. Based on the results of two-round self-made questionnaires, the researcher selected the the final items that met both the consistency and importance, as the framework and content on the training of the special needs assistants in the middle school. The conclusions are as follows. (a) The framework and content on the training of special needs assistants in the middle school should include two categories: “core competence” and “special competence”. (b) Under the category of "core competence", there are 8 topics and 24 professional competence items suggested. (c) Under the category of “special competence ", 2 topics and 7 professional competence items were suggested.
