漆包線用聚醯胺酸塗料之合成與特性研究

摘要


本研究為使用DDE分別與兩種二酸酐即PMDA、BTDA反應合成漆包線用聚醯胺酸塗料Polyamic acid(PAA),二胺與二酸酐莫耳比為:1.05,用聚醯胺酸塗料(PAA)披覆於上層,可使耐熱等級提升,具有良好耐軟化及耐電壓性質。由於分子結構上的差異以PMDA優於BTDA反應而成的PAA塗料所製成之漆包線。 將塗料導入少量cresol或xylenol(取代10%溶劑),可降低負反應的發生以提高塗料穩定性,增加聚醯亞胺化脫水閉環形成PI反應程度,進而提高漆膜耐熱特性,由實驗結果可知以xylenol取代10%xylene時,所得之漆包線物性最佳。 以現有漆包線特性最佳之配方組合其莫耳比: 1.05,再評估變更莫耳比為1.25及1.45時,對塗料電線物性及其他物性之影響。相同之材質原料及溶劑組成,若莫耳比提高,即會造成裂解溫度及漆包線特性下降。 整體而言,在相同的條件下,本研究最佳之漆包線塗料合成配方為DDE與PMDA反應成PAA,溶劑比例=NMP:XYLENE:XYLENOL=80:10:10,其莫耳比=1.05為漆包線特性最佳之配方組合。

Diamino diphenyl ether (DDE) and two kinds of dianhydride, which are Pyromellitic dianhydride (PMDA) & Benzophenone tetracarboxylic dianhydride (BTDA) are used to form polyamic acid (PAA).The mole ratio of diamine to dianhydride is 1.05. It is then over coated with this PAA on top. This formed polyimide (PI) magnet wire has good cut through and electrical resistance properties. The properties of magnet wire applied with PAA made from PMDA and DDE is better than PAA made from BTDA and DDE due to its different molecular structure. When cresol or xylenol is introduced into the formula to replace 10% of total solvent, it can reduce the reverse reaction from happening, and enhances the stability of the enamel. These will increase the chances of imidization process and its heat resistance of the enamel. From this experiment, we know that the properties of these magnet wires becomes much better when 10% of xylene is replaced with xylenol. It is found that the mole ratio of the formula, which gives best magnet wire properties, is 1.05. We further investigate the difference in magnet wire properties when mole ratio is lifted to 1.25 and 1.45. When mole ratio is raised, its decomposition temperature and basic magnet wire properties will decrease under the same reactants and solvent. When the mole ratio of DDE to PMDA is 1.05 and solvent weight ratio is NMP : xylene : xylenol = 80 : 10 : 10 , the over-coating enamel gives the best cut through and electrical resistance properties.
