本研究是藉由氣相層析儀(GC)搭配火焰光度偵測器(FPD)以偵測半芥子氣中硫的訊號,並經由掃描式電子顯微鏡(SEM)觀察生化防護衣材料塗佈時樣品的塗佈情形,提供資訊求以達到最好的塗佈條件與抵抗化學戰劑的能力。 由SEM觀察可知塗佈密度越厚,膜層越緻密。經由GC-FPD測試三個樣品布料對於抵擋化學模擬戰劑的能力,分別為滲透量0.2、1.37、及3.49μg/cm2/24hr皆達到美軍CRDC-SP-84010法規要求---芥子氣的滲透量必須小於4μg/cm2/24hr的測試標準。
This research studied the detection signal of the half mustard warfare agent using the Gas Chromatography (GC) equipped with a Flame Photometric Detector (FPD).The coating result on fabric samples was observed by the Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM).All information was provided for hopefully achieving the best manufacturing condition of the coating material. Through the investigation of SEM, one may obtain the result that the thicker of the coating layers ,the denser of the layers .The GC-FPD detection result gave the permeation of half mustard 0.2, 1.37, and 3.49µg/cm2/24hr against three fabric samples. All results met the chemical agent protection specifications of US Army CRDC-SP-84010,which defines the pass line on 4µg/cm2/24hr for the half mustard warfare agent.
