摘要

人類在都市裡尋找自然祕境，接觸植物會產生愉快的感受，可以撫平受創的心靈。但曾幾何時，我們所生活的土地，已經變成不知道可以去哪裡玩草玩土的地方了。大稻埕所在的大同區，每人平均擁有的綠地面積，位居台北市最後一名，且不及內政部規定標準。本設計論文目的在於，以URS127做為都市農園的前導基地，讓都市人踏入大稻埕能接觸植物產生愉快、自由奔放的感受。透過香草的「香氣」引發人的聚集，增加人與老屋、人與人的凝聚情感與認同，與老屋、作物，自然共生的場域。機能上，結合農場、食藝教室、展場、教育等多功能，打造未來都市農園的願景，發揮長條街屋創新的複合機能與都市再生基地的宗旨。主要研究方法為透過文獻與案例分析比較、田野調查、設計實驗操作與檢討，置入上述之改造概念，創造一個充滿大稻埕記憶傳承與香氣的空間，一個都市農園的空間體驗。預計以香草記憶進行對URS127的長條街屋空間改造。植入綠的自然元素，微幅舒緩大稻埕綠空間之不足，並以URS127做為歷史街區都市農園的示範參考案例。

Looking for natural hideaways in cities, people tend to experience a sense of joy and pleasure when they come across plants, which provide a type of psychological therapy. However, over the years, the land we live on has become an area with no place to play amongst nature. Dadaocheng is located within the Datong District, which, with the least amount of average green area per person in Taipei City, fails to meet the standards set by the Ministry of the Interior. The objective of this design thesis is to make URS127 a guiding base for an urban farm, enabling urban dwellers to enjoy the pleasures and free-spirited sensations of being in contact with plants in Dadaocheng. Invoking the gathering of people by using the “aroma” of herbs, this urban farm fosters a natural symbiosis in the emotional cohesion and identity among people, old houses, and crops. Functionally, this combines farms, food art classrooms, exhibition venues, education, and other purposes to create a vision for a future urban farm, invoking the mission of creating innovative composite functions and an urban regeneration base for long townhouses. The research method applies an analytical comparison of literature and case studies, field research, experimental design and review to the transformation concept described above, creating a space that is not only filled with the memories, heritage, and aroma of Dadaocheng, but also provides the spatial experience of an urban farm. This thesis aims to use herbal memory to start the spatial regeneration process for the long townhouses of URS127. Implanting green natural elements and providing some relief to the lack of green space in Dadaocheng, this plan sets URS127 as a future case reference for an urban farm in a historic district.
