文化雙融能力量表建構

摘要


根據心理學文化研究,繼跨文化心理學、文化心理學與多元文化心理學之後,目前已進入第四個階段,文化會聚主義心理學。根據文化會聚理論,由於全球化和資訊科技的發展,國際間的流動和交流變得日新月異。來自不同文化背景的人們的文化和生活經歷,幾乎能夠在沒有障礙的框架下互相交流,甚至不需要具有完整的異國生活即可理解或融入不同的文化。全球化正在塑造世界的前景和未來發展,國際交流的機會大大增加,跨國交流或工作場域上不同文化之間的互動這種情況已成為普遍現象。 文化會聚主義假設個人與文化的關係不是分類的,而是局部的和多元的。文化會聚主義假設文化傳統不是獨立的,特殊的世代,而是相互作用的系統。過去跨文化的時代總是强調適應的層次,但在文化會聚的世代,被動適應已無法整體涵蓋,而文化雙融,文化會聚理論的基礎下的產物,為一種主動的,達到管理目的的一種手段。文化雙融乃是在各個情境與分析層次的文化觀念啟迪下,達到對立的整合、平衡與超越。然而目前對文化雙融的內涵未有共識,本研究採取演繹研究途徑,以兩組樣本共236位留學生為研究對象,經由探索性因素分析與驗證性因素分析,發展出「啓迪」、「平衡」與「超越」,三構面共12題之文化雙融能力量表(Ambicultural Competence Scale)。

According to the cultural research of psychology, after cross-cultural psychology, cultural psychology and multicultural psychology, it has entered the fourth stage, polycultural psychology. According to the theory of polycultural psychology, due to the development of globalization and information technology, international flows and exchanges are becoming ever-changing. People from different cultural backgrounds can communicate with each other almost without barriers which they don't even need to have a complete foreign life to understand or integrate into different cultures. Globalization is shaping the prospects and future development of the world. The opportunities for international exchanges have greatly increased. Cross-border exchanges or interactions between different cultures in the workplace have become a common phenomenon. Polyculturalism assumes that the relationship between individuals and culture is not categorical, but partial and plural. It assumes that cultural traditions are not independent, special generations, but an interactive systems. The past cross-cultural era always emphasized the level of adaptation, but in the generation of polyculturalism , passive adaptation cannot be covered as a whole, and ambicultural, an outcome based on polycultural theory , is an active one that achieves management goals. Ambicultural is to achieve the integration, balance and transcendence of opposites under the enlightenment of cultural concepts at various contexts and analytical levels. However, there is no consensus on the connotation of ambicultural concept. This research adopts an deductive research approach, using two sets of samples, a total of 236 international students, as the research objects. Through exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, develop "enlightenment";"balance";"transcendence", a three-dimensional Ambicultural Competence Scale with a total of 12 questions.
