本論文探討回收料添加比例(regrinding ratio)與回收料重複加熱次數(repeat-heating times)對聚碳酸酯(Polycarbonate,PC)料機械性質之影響。實驗包含以熔融指數(Melt-flow Index, MI)試驗機測試塑料之流動性。實驗之試片則以射出成型(injection molding)方法製成,經由拉伸、衝擊試驗測試其機械強度。也以掃描式電子顯微鏡(SEM) 與傅立葉轉換紅外線光譜分析儀(FTIR)比較試片斷面之形貌。 結果顯示,熔融指數(MI)隨回收塑料比例增加而提升,而回收次數增加的效果則較不明顯。抗拉強度隨回收塑料比例與再加熱次數增加而降低,回收料添加比例的影響則大於再加熱次數。而材料添加回收料對衝擊強度的減損程度則比抗拉強度影響更為顯著。掃描式電子顯微鏡(SEM)斷面觀察發現,隨著回收料比例與重複加熱次數增加,試片斷面的致密性(closed properties)也變差;而傅立葉轉換紅外線光譜分析儀(FTIR)觀察發現,試片材料在特定吸收波頻範圍下,對應之透光率隨回收塑料比例升高有增加的狀態。
This paper studies the polycarbonate resin with regrinding ratio and reheating times for the effects of the mechanical properties. The Melt-flow Index (MI) instrument measures the resin’s flow properties. The specimens of tensile and impact were manufactured by injection machine. Finally, to observe the feature of cross section of tensile and impact specimens with scanning electronic microscopic (SEM) and Fourier transform infrared (FTIR). Experiment’s results showed, the Melt-flow Index, MI, which will be increased by highly ratio of regrinding resin. However, reheating-times impacts of MI value are unobvious. Regrinding weakens tensile strength stronger than reheating-times. Regrinding reduces the impact resistance more than tensile strength. Regrinding and reheating-times worsen the closed properties of the specimen’s profile under SEM observation. This is an indication that on Fourier transform infrared spectrometer observing, the regrinding enhancing the transmittances percent but don’t compliance at reheating-times.
