楔形體導波濕度感測器開發與研究

摘要


楔形體導波(Wedge Wave,WW)是為一種沿著楔形體尖端傳遞的彈性波,並 且其能量集中在離尖端處約為一個波長的範圍內,其中一種楔形體模態稱為反對 稱模態(Anti-Symmetric Flexural mode,ASF mode),過去研究中發現,ASF 模態在 當楔形體尖端附近受到膜層干擾時,其傳播行為會受到膜層表面波波速改變所影 響,利用其感測膜層及待測物質反應,探討其ASF 模態的傳播行為,觀察其反應 與其訊號參數之關係趨勢,進而研究其相關曲線。 本研究利用楔形體導波受膜層性質影響的物理現象做為感測器基礎原理,使 用ASF(Anti-Symmetric Flexural)濕度感測器,並利用超音波量測技術(UT)來探討 具有膜層楔形體在氣體環境的濕度變化下的時域變化,研究以不同基材(鋁、銅) 以及楔形體之幾何結構(不同角度),針對濕度的變化去探討膜層上因質量附載效 應對楔形體導波濕度相對於波傳行為之影響,並將其結果應用在ASF 濕度感測 器之感測範圍、精度、反應時間及回復時間進行探討。

Anti-symmetric flexural(ASF) modes are the type of guided waves propagating along the tip of wedge-shaped waveguides. The past research described the ASF mode propagating along the wedge tips with coating on one of the surface of wedge. It is found that behavior of wedge wave propagating is effect by coating This research develops ASF humidity sensor with PVA coating by using Ultrasound Technique. In different materials and angles, discuss the behavior of the wedge wave propagating in the variation of humidity.
