探討中美貿易紛爭下的人民幣國際化局勢

1994年中國資本改革開放，統一外匯制度，確立金融體制，打造對外開放自由的金融市場。2008年金融危機，是人民幣轉型的契機，2008年的金融危機造成全世界經濟一蹶不振，由美元為本位的貨幣體系遭受懷疑，此時中國政府開始思考讓人民幣進入國際貨幣體系之中，爾後，中國政府積極制定政策來完成符合國際制定的貨幣政策，讓中國在2015年加入特別貨幣提款權，加入一籃子是中國成為國際貨幣體系中交出的第一份成績單，讓世界的投資者可以看到，中國正在轉型和改變。中美貿易紛爭的爆發，讓人民幣國際化的進程遭受打擊，並且看出人民幣在國際化的破綻。在中美貿易紛爭期間內人民幣兌美元匯率起伏不定，人民幣國際化是否會因為中美貿易紛爭的緣故，而阻礙甚至停緩朝著國際貨幣前行的道路，將會是本研究進行觀察分析的地方。

In 1994, China carried out reform and opening up, unified the foreign exchange system, established a financial system, and established a free and open financial market. The financial crisis in 2008 provided opportunities for the transformation of the RMB. The financial crisis of 2008 caused the global economy to collapse, and people suspected that the US dollar-based monetary system. At this time, the Chinese government began to consider letting the RMB enter the international monetary system. The government is actively formulating policies to complete monetary policies that comply with international regulations, enabling China to join the SDR in 2015. Joining a basket of currencies is China's first transcript in the international monetary system, allowing investors around the world to see that China is transforming and changing. The outbreak of China-US trade disputes has hit the process of RMB internationalization, and sees the flaws in RMB internationalization. During the Sino-US trade dispute, the exchange rate of the RMB against the US dollar fluctuated. Whether the internationalization of the RMB will hinder or even halt the path toward international currencies due to the China-US trade dispute will be observed and analyzed in this study.
