公共藝術放置於公共圖書館之影響及研究—以臺南市立圖書館新總館為例

摘要

在圖書館學界，對公共藝術放置於公共圖書館的美學影 響這一方面的議題關注較少。而傳統圖書館內部設計相對 單調，隨著時代的進步圖書館也面臨這轉型，從單一的閱 讀空間從而轉變為多元化展示空間，故公共藝術也融入到 圖書館中。本研究選擇了臺南市立圖書館新總館。為主要 的研究對象，作為台灣的文化地標，透過公共藝術設置計畫，公共圖書館設置公共藝術是否有良好的設置成效，重新檢視公共藝術與公共圖書館及地方、使用者、圖書館員之間的關係。
本研究挖掘公共藝術放置於公共圖書館之美學影響及研究，了解公共藝術的基本定義及相關特質，探討公共藝術 放置於公共圖書館的作品特色和影響，用問卷訪談的形式 了解民眾於管理者的看法，收集到的資料會用一般統計和spss統計工具進行分析處理得出結論。建議公共圖書館應該加強對公共藝術概念的宣傳，加強民眾對公共藝術的記憶點，集中宣傳。運用不同方式宣傳公共藝術，讓民眾對公共藝術留有更加深刻的印象。

In learning, it is easy to place public art on the subject library in terms of the aesthetic influence of public libraries. The interior design of the traditional library is relatively monotonous. With the progress of the times, it also follows the development of this field. From the beginning of a single thought, the reading space object becomes the art diversified exhibition space, so public art is also integrated into the library. The new main library of Tainan Municipal Library was selected for this research. As the main research object, as a cultural landmark of Taiwan, it runs through the public art installation plan, whether the public art installation in public libraries has been improved, and the relationship between public art and public libraries, local users, and librarians is re-examined.
This research goes deep into the aesthetic influence and research of public art creation in public libraries, the basic definition and related knowledge of public art, explores the characteristics and influence of public art creation in public libraries, and uses questionnaires to understand the views of public managers , The data will be analyzed and processed with general collection and statistical tools to draw conclusions.suggests that public libraries should strengthen the publicity of the concept of public art, strengthen the memory of popular art, and focus on publicity. Let the public leave a deep impression on public art.
