一位急性骨髓性白血病病患接受化學治療之護理經驗

摘要

化學治療是癌症病患重要的治療方式，而其所引發副作用常令病患困擾不已。本個案報告是說明一位急性骨髓性白血病病患，因接受化學治療所併發其副作用，引起不適症狀之護理經驗，依Gordon十一項功能性健康型態評估個案出現之護理問題，有高危險性感染、噁心、身體心像紊亂，經予護理措施後，能協助個案避免感染、減輕化學治療引起的噁心症狀、能以正向的態度面對身體外觀改變建立正向的身體心像，而促進個案生活品質，期藉此個案護理之經驗分享，以為臨床照顧此類個案之參考。

Chemotherapy is an important part of treatment for cancer patients. However, side effects of chemotherapy bother patients very much. This article addressed the nursing experience of a patient with Acute Myeloid Leukemia, who developed complications following chemotherapy. During the hospital period, the author used Gordon’s eleven-item health assessment scale to evaluate the patient. Risk for infection, nausea and body image disturbance were noted.
Through nursing intervention, we helped her to reduce infection rate, reduce nauseating sensation and develop a positive attitude toward her body image. The self-care abilities and the quality of her life were both improved. We hope the experience gained from this case will be of reference for such cases in the future.
