國軍多元民事工作研究：以海軍蘇支部媽祖信仰為例

摘要

本文主要是以海軍蘇澳後勤支援指揮部（簡稱海軍蘇支部）管理北方澳進安宮為出發點，藉此闡述媽祖文化信仰與國軍軍民互動之關聯性。由於過去在研究國軍民事工作的議題上，顯少有與民間信仰相互聯結，故本文以文獻分析的方式，收集有關北方澳進安宮歷史資料，及蘇支部實際參與地方睦鄰工作，分析國軍民事工作人員在處理地方民間信仰問題時，能採行適切可行的處理模式。

This study initially introduces the management of the Jinan Temple by Naval Suao Logistic Support Command to discuss the belief in Mazu and the interactive relationship between military and citizens. Because studies on military civil-affair tasks rarely explored folk beliefs, this study adopts document analysis to firstly collect and then analyze the historical documents about the Jinan Temple as well as the neighborly work accomplished by Naval Suao Logistic Support Command. This paper also provides appropriate and feasible ways for the military to deal wtih the issues regarding folk beliefs.
