本研究旨在探討三軍官校學生「求助態度」、「求助行為」與其「軍事社會化」間之關係。研究採問卷調查法,以陸、海、空軍軍官學校正期班(大學部)一至四年級全體1182位男性學生為研究對象;以自編「軍校學生求助態度量表」與錢淑芬(1996)「軍校生軍事社會化問卷」為研究工具;經統計分析,發現(1)新生組之「求助態度」顯著高於中生組與老生組;(2)不同組別之「不曾求助」行為顯著高於「曾求助」行為;(3)老生組之「軍事社會化」程度顯著高於新生組;(4)軍校學生「求助態度」與「軍事社會化」成顯著負相關。由於軍校學生的「軍事社會化」和「求助態度」、「求助行為」是被忽略的課題,作者呼籲學界予以重視。
The study examined the relationships among Cadets' military socialization, help-seeking attitude and help-seeking behavior. Using Cadets Help-seeking Attitude and Behavior Scale developed by Sheng-Te Chang (2005) and the Cadets' Socialization at Military Institutes Scale developed by Shu-Fen Chien (1996). There were 1182 cadets (802 value cadets) participated in the present study. Statistical results indicated: (a) mean of military socialization in the third group sophomore) is significantly higher than the others; (b) mean of help-seeking attitude in the first group (freshman) is significantly higher than the others; (c) the cadets' number of non help-seeking behavior is significantly higher than the cadets' number of help-seeking behavior in different grades; (d) the relationship of cadets' help-seeking attitude and the military socialization is showing a ”negative” relationship. Therefore, the military socialization was shown to have consistently negative impact on the cadets' help-seeking attitude.
