家庭對數理資優者創造性與生產性成就表現影響之探究

The Study of the Family Influences on Creative and Productive Achievements of the Math and Science Talent

摘要


本研究主要目的在了解家庭對於數理資優者創造性與生產性成就表現的影響,以十二位高中數理資優班之畢業生為研究對象,研究者以半結構式訪談方式了解影響他們創造性與生產性成就表現的家庭因素,並探究協助資優生發展潛能的重要策略,作為教育相關單位及家長之參考。本研究獲致之結論如下:十二位受訪者表示,他們從小對於數理科學領域有濃厚的興趣,父母相當重視教育並提供良好的學習環境、父母對他們適切的要求與期許、提供鼓勵與支持、關懷並尊重他們的選擇、教導正確的價值觀、培養獨立自主的自理能力、手足良好的典範及家長與學校建立良好的親師關係等,對於個人創造性與生產性成就表現有相當的助益。依據結論,研究者提出若干建議提供資優生家長、學校教師等相關人員參考。

The main purposes of this study were to understand how family influences the achievement of the math and science talent. Semi-structure interview were used in this study. All of the subjects agreed that family had great influences on their achievement, especially on the aspect of family value system and parenting style. The subjects answered that they showed great interests and performed well in math and science when they were young. Luckily their parents had reasonable expectation and always considered their special needs. This study addressed the family were significantly correlated with their achievement. Conclusion was the suggestions for researchers, teachers, parents, gifted students, for further study and consultation.
