摘要

本文延續Chen and Yang (REPOFM, 2009)所提出以資源配置組合(RDP)拆解集團企業股東權益報酬(ROE)的方法，將集團企業的資源依會計規範拆解為五大類別的資產配置，營運權益報酬、財務權益報酬、其他權益報酬、影響權益報酬及創新研發權益報酬，並提供六個半導體公司的財務分析以說明實務之應用。
