  • 在瞬息萬變的全球化衝擊下,企業組織面臨了組織變革及組織轉型的契機,組織為了能於動盪不安的局勢永續經營,應該更著重於企業整體創新的培育。
      本研究目的欲從資訊硬體產業公司對於員工工作動機以及自我管理行為,而後透過工作滿足為中介變項進而深入探討其對員工創新行為之影響。因此,本研究將以迴歸模型進行實證分析。
      本研究以問卷作為實證研究,更以國內資訊硬體產業公司員工為研究對象進行調查研究,共發出300份問卷,回收有效問卷為200份,其研究結果顯示:(1)工作動機對工作滿足具有部分正向影響;(2)自我管理行為對工作滿足具有正向影響;(3)工作滿足對創新行為具有正向影響;(4)工作動機對創新行為具有正向影響;(5)自我管理行為對創新行為具有正向影響;(6)工作動機透過工作滿足對創新行為有部份顯著影響;(7)自我管理行為透過工作滿足對創新行為有部份顯著影響。
      由以上研究結果可歸納得知,員工對於自身工作動機愈高、自我管理行為愈多,便能有效提升員工之工作滿足,進而產生員工創新行為的出現。

    With the development of globalization, the external environment has been rapidly changing. Organizations have faced the big challenge to organizational revolution and organizational transformation. Organizations in order to survive under the turbulent environment, innovation should be more focused within whole organization.
      The purpose of this study will identify the impact work motivation and self-management on employee innovative behavior in the information technology industry. Job satisfaction between work motivation, self-management and innovative behavior would be the major mediating effect. Therefore, regression would be used to analysis data and proof the conclusion.
      A questionnaire was used to conduct empirical research. The samples were collected from the staffs within the information technology industry. Further, the 200 effective questionnaires would be delivered from 300 questionnaires. The conclusion will point out: (1) Work motivation has a partial significant positive influence on job satisfaction. (2) Self-management has a significant positive influence on job satisfaction. (3) Job satisfaction has a significant positive influence on innovative behavior. (4) Work motivation has a significant positive influence on innovative behavior. (5) Self-management has a significant positive influence on innovative behavior. (6) Job satisfaction has a partial mediating effect between work motivation and innovative behavior. (7) Job satisfaction has a partial mediating effect between self-management and innovative behavior.
      According to the result of the study, if the work motivation and self-management could be more possessed from staffs, the job satisfaction would be promoted into staffs which would induct the employee to innovate.
