  • 近年來生技產業蓬勃發展,創新育成中心提供一良好環境,使生技新創事業在初期有所發展,並給予新創事業人才運用、生產技術、行銷與財務支援,以及資金籌措等多方面的諮詢服務。生技新創事業如何創新與投入創新,帶動臺灣經濟的成長並再造風華,創新育成中心提供重要的關鍵。過去在以生技產業為例探討育成相關議題的文獻,大多著重於質性的訪談。本研究嘗試以量性之觀點,以育成中心之功能、網路關係、育成經理人與團隊特性三大構面來驗證創新育成中心對生技新創事業之效益。本研究採用問卷調查法,以專家審核之19間創新育成中心內部進駐之生技廠商為樣本名單,總計發出251份問卷,回收121份,有效問卷回收108份,有效回收率為43%。本研究結果發現育成中心之功能、網路關係、育成經理人與團隊特性三構面,對生技型進駐廠商之績效皆呈現部分顯著正相關,且各變項之間未具有交互作用。

    Recently, the biotech industry has changed with prominent significant. The incubator center provides an appropriate environment for starting up companies, which leads companies to generate infrastructure for developing in the early stages (e.g., human resources, production technology, marketing and financial support, business consulting service, and other advisory service). We have conducted this study to demonstrate on how biotech business starts up, innovates, and invests in innovation. There is need to pay more attention to the roles and drivers which supported by the incubator centers. By comparing with previous relevant studies, the majority of them proposed in the qualitative view. On the contrast, this research conducts its research method based on quantitative view. We compare functions of the incubator centers, network relationships, and incubator managers or teams to explore the benefits which incubator centers bring to biotech start-up businesses. Questionnaire survey method has been chosen for collecting data. The questionnaires have been sent to the biotech firms which tenanted in the 19 incubator centers. Amount 251 questionnaires were collected and 108 of which were valid. The valid response rate is 43.0%. From the regression analysis result, we found that there are partly significant relationships among the tenants’ performance and our independent variables, also there is no interaction between each independent variable.
