  • 本研究旨在了解金融業保險業從業人員工作特性、工作投入與工作滿意度之間的關係,其中工作特性可分為工作多樣性、工作自主性、工作完整性、工作重要性及工作回饋性五種構面。本研究採用問卷調查法,以金融業保險業從業人員為調查對象,透過便利抽樣選取樣本,共計回收248份有效問卷,經統計後本研究獲得結果如下:(1)工作特性顯著正向影響工作滿意度;(2)工作特性顯著正向影響工作投入;(3)工作投入顯著正向影響工作滿意度;(4)工作投入於工作特性與工作滿意度間具部分中介效果。

    This study aimed to explore the relationship among job characteristics, job involvement and job satisfaction. The job characteristics is divided into skill variety, task autonomy, task integrity, task significance and task feedback. This study collected necessary data from employees in a financial indusrty through questionnaire, and 248 valid questionnaires were returned. The results of this study are as follows: (1) Job characteristics positively affects Job satisfaction, (2) Job characteristics positively affects Job involvement, (3) Job involvement positively affects Job satisfaction, and (4) Job involvement partially mediates the relationship between Job characteristics and Job satisfaction.
