  • 當平面設計產業盛行之下,設計師在平面設計成品印製也成為重要關鍵之一。本研究以設計師角度,找出影響設計師平面設計成品印製要素,作為日後平面設計成品印製適用參考依據。本研究先以文獻探討蒐集國內外平面設計成品現況與成品印製流程,並對現任職平面設計相關工作之設計師進行專家訪談,以瞭解設計師平面設計印製需求,而後,以問卷調查設計師平面設計成品印製要素。訪談對象為七位平面設計師;問卷發送對象為五十位平面設計相關行業之設計師,所收集之問卷資料以模糊層級分析法,最後歸納出三點結論如下:
    一、平面設計成品現況:對於數位化的時代,平面設計成品產業面臨著挑戰及改變,普遍設計師完稿過度依賴資訊裝置,使平面設計成品的呈現上與設計想法有所落差,造成設計師與印刷廠之間印製與溝通的問題產生。
    二、平面設計成品印製:平面設計成品印製流程依序為印前作業、印製作業及印後作業,共三個階段;平面設計成品印製版式可分為平版印刷、凸版印刷、凹版印刷、網版印刷及數位印刷,共五個版式。
    三、影響設計師平面設計成品印製品質要素:可分為三項印製要素構面及九項印製因素,印製要素構面依重要程度依序為印製規劃、印刷適性及印製程序;九項印製因素依重要程度依序為印製溝通、色彩表現、成本考量、時間考量、被印材質、印後加工、印製版式、印製作業及印刷油墨。

    As graphic design is in prevalence, designers play an important role to the printing of graphic design . Therefore, this study was conducted to find out the factors that affect the printing of graphic design in the perspective of designers, which could be used as a reference for future graphic design printing. In this study, we first collected the current status of graphic design printing by literature review. Next, we conducted expert interviews with seven graphic designers to understand their graphic design printing needs. Then, we organized fifty designers' opions of factors that affect graphic design printing by questionnaire. The collected questionnaire data were analyzed by the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process. The results could be concluded as follows:
    1.Under digitalization, graphic design is facing challenges and changes. Generally, designers depended too much on graphic software and digital appliances, which resulted in the discrepancies between design ideas and the outcome of graphic design and then caused problems in printing and communication between designers and printers.
    2.Print production process could be divided into three stages: pre-press operation, printing operation, and post-press operation. Then, types of printing techniques can be divided into lithographic printing, letterpress printing, gravure printing, screen printing, and digital printing.
    3.Factors affecting the quality of graphic design printing could be divided into three catogories, which are print planning, printability, and print process, and could furthermore be divided into nine factors, which are communication, color performance, cost, time consideration, printing stock, post-press finishing, printing techniques, printing procedures, and ink, in order of importance.
