Thyroid Adenoma: Report of A Case
甲狀腺腺瘤：一病例報告

摘要
一位13歲女孩，因前頸部出現腫塊有半年之久而住院。理學檢查發現右前頸部有一2×1×l公分之彈性腫塊、無壓痛、表面平滑、吞嚥時上下移動。甲狀腺功能檢查正常。甲狀腺核子掃描顯示該腫塊是無功能性。超音波顯示單一性、實質性腫塊，外圍一圈無囘音暈輪。病人隨後接受外科手術，病理報告證實爲甲狀腺腺瘤。手術後，追蹤迄今已8個月，並無再發跡象。

A 13-year-old girl was admitted because of a mass in her neck for 6 months. Physical examination on admission revealed a firm sized 2×1×l cm nontender nodular mass at the right anterior portion of neck. The serum T3, T4 levels were normal. Scintiscan of the thyroid showed a non-functioning nodule. Sonography revealed a solitary nodular mass with a surrounding thin ”halo”. Wedge resection of the nodule was performed which histologically proved to be a follicular adenoma. Up to now, she has been followed up for 8 months without recurrence.
