大陸農產品中人工甘味劑、漂白劑、著色劑、防腐劑及甲醛含量之調查
Survey on the Content of Artifical Sweetener, Sulfite, Color Additives, Preservatives and Formaldehyde in Agricultural Crops from Mainland

A total of hundred agriculture crop samples from mainland were collected and tested for the presence of artificial sweeteners, sulfites, color additives, preservatives and formaldehyde. The results showed that positive rates were 16.4% (11/67), 39.2% (20/51), 28.3% (17/60), 19.2% (15/78), 0% (0/13) respectively, for the above analytes.
