摘要

網絡是機會與限制的結構組合(Burt, 1992)。若競爭所需的資源也可以來自於廠商所鑲嵌的網絡內時，則以營運效率能力支援外商見稱的台灣廠商，更應該瞭解使用網絡體系對經營效率的重要性。
本文藉由線性迴歸(Linear Regression)模型驗證經濟部推動之AB計畫裡的使用網絡體系，發現：1.合作網絡之直接連帶與結構洞，分別與低存貨水準、少銷售天數等兩項營運效率之間具有正向的關係。2.間接連帶數越多，則直接連帶所帶來的效益越低，如廠商存貨降低的水準反而減少、平均産品銷售天數卻增加。
本文發現間接連帶效益與結構洞效益之間的差異，應可說明使用網絡結構中，廠商應該獲取最佳位置(position)的論點。因爲擁有高度結構自主性的網絡參與者，將享有較高的投資報酬率(Burt, 1992)。

Networks are as structures of opportunities and constraint (Burt, 1992). The Taiwanese firm which is merit of support of foreign firms should understand the matter of collaboration network with enterprise business efficiency, as if the resources which are requirement for competition are embedding in network structure.
It verifies with Linear Regression the collaboration networks that are derived by the MOEA's AB Porgram. First, results of a correlation study support the hypothesis of a positive relationship between direct ties and business efficiency (low inventory level and low average sale days). Result also indicates a positive relationship between structural holes and business efficiency. Second, the greater the number of indirect ties, the smaller the benefit from indirect ties.
The difference between indirect ties and structural holes we found should indicated the argument of accessing the best position in the network. Because the return of investment rate is increasing with structural autonomy (Burt, 1992).
