Multiple Meningiomas: Two Cases Report
多發性顱內腦膜瘤：兩病例報告
摘要
在兩位被診斷為多發性顱內腦膜瘤之病患中，各有不同的症狀與表現，由腦電腦斷層檢查，一位病例被誤認為轉移性腦瘤，另一位病例在初步的電腦斷層檢查被懷疑為腦內出血，其診斷結果對病人的治療方向有很大的影響。

Two female patients were confirmed to have multiple meningiomas after presenting with different symptoms and signs. Brain computed tomogram (CT) showed multiple homogeneous high contrast uptake in both cerebral hemispheres mimicking that of a glial or metastatic tumor in one case and intracerebral hemorrhage in the other.
