屏東地區東港溪集水區河川侵蝕速率之研究

The Study of Watershed Stream Denudation Rates at Tung Kang Creek in the Pin Tung Area

摘要


南臺灣地區時常發生颱風水患,探討當地水文變遷有助於臺灣南部地區環境永續經營與管理,本研究主要目的是分析屏東平原東港溪河川侵蝕速率。本研究使用1970年至2009年東港溪河川流量-河川含砂量資料,建立迴歸模式以推測東港溪潮州流量測站日平均河川含砂量。本研究計算東港溪潮州流量橋測站河川流量0.1秒立方公尺-5,000秒立方公尺之河川含砂量與其90%、95%和99%預測區間。本研 究計算東港溪潮州流量測站1970年-2009年月平均河川侵蝕速率,5月-10月河川侵蝕速率為0.2522 mm,佔全年侵蝕速率96.50%,11月-4月河川侵蝕速率為0.0092 mm,佔全年侵蝕速率3.50%。本研究計算東港溪潮州流量測站1970年-2009年年平均河川侵蝕速率與其90%、95%和99%預測區間。東港溪潮州流量測站1970年-2009年年平均河川侵蝕速率為0.2613 mm/年,90%預測區間上限是0.9575 mm/年,下限是0.0713 mm/年,95%預測區間上限是1.2277 mm/年,下限是0.0556 mm/年,99%預測區間上限是1.9965 mm/年,下限是0.0342 mm/年,東港溪潮州流量測站1970年-1979年、1980年-1989年、1990年-1999年及2000年-2009年年平均河川侵蝕速率為0.3246 mm/年、0.2487 mm/年、0.2557 mm/年及0.2164 mm/年。本研究分析東港溪潮州流量測站河川流量、河川含砂量、河川輸砂量與河川侵蝕速率,研究結果可供相關單位參考,期望有助於臺灣南部地區水文環境永續經營與管理。

Typhoons and floods often occur in southern Taiwan. Therefore, to examine hydrological changes of this area is helpful to the sustainable development and management of the southern Taiwan. The aim of this study is to analyze temporal changes in the denudation rates of Tung Kang Creek. This study uses the rating equations to estimate daily average sediment content from daily mean discharge of the Tung Kang Creek in the period of 1970 to 2009. This study estimated the sediment content when the stream discharge ranged from 0.1 cms to 5,000 cms. The 90%, 95% and 99% prediction intervals were calculated. This study also estimated the monthly stream denudation rates at Chao Chou station. The denudation rate was 0.2522 mm from May to October and 0.0092 mm from November to April. This study estimated the stream denudation rates in the period of 1970 to 2009. The 90%, 95% and 99% prediction intervals were calculated. The annual denudation rate was 0.2613 mm at Chao Chou station. The stream denudation rates in the period of 1970 to 1979, 1980 to 1989, 1990 to 1999, and 2000 to 2009 were 0.3246 mm, 0.2487 mm, 0.2557 mm and 0.2164 mm. The results are helpful to the sustainable development and management of the southern Taiwan.
