Optimization Design of Variable Pitch Characteristic Parameters for Hy-Vo Chain in Dual Phase Transmission System

雙向傳動Hy-Vo齒型鏈變節距特性參數優化設計

摘要


Based on the variable pitch characteristic of Hy-Vo chain in dual phase transmission system, a classification method for the variable pitch characteristic parameters of Hy-Vo chain in dual phase transmission is pointed out. Through analyzing the polygon effect of Hy-Vo chain, the expressions of geometrical deviation for Hy-Vo chain in dual phase transmission system are obtained, and the calculative and optimization method for the variable pitch characteristic parameters is proposed. By building the dynamic model of the inner-outer meshing Hy-Vo chain in dual phase transmission system, the influence of the variable pitch characteristic parameters on the system fluctuation quantities is contrastively analyzed, and the optimization design method for Hy-Vo chain in dual phase transmission system is proved to be reliable by the analysis results.
