摘要

這幾十年以來，我們可以觀察到在全球化的經濟體系中，國際勞動遷移的現象日漸頻繁。事實上，整個世界的移民人口成長率從1960年到2000年止，已足足成長兩倍以上。因此，國際勞動遷移對一國經濟的影響已經成為一項重要的研究課題了。在一般文獻上，我們可將國際勞動遷移的類型加以區別為三類，分別是：永久移民、短期移民以及非法移民。本文藉由三套理論模型的延伸，來探討三種國際勞動遷移的類型對一國福利的影響。本文所獲得的結論如下：(1)永久移民的移出將傷及移出國的福利。(2)控制短期移民的數量，可作為政府調控景氣的手段。(3)取締非法移民對一國福利水準的影響不確定。

We have observed a large increase of international labor migration in the global economy for several decades. In fact, the rate of growth of the world's migrant population more than doubled between the 1960s and the 2000s. Therefore, it is becoming an important matter that investigation of economic effects of international labor migration. In the literature, there are three different types of international labor migration can be distinguished: permanent migration, temporary migration and illegal migration, respectively. This paper extends three different theoretic models to examine the welfare effects of the international labor migration. The main conclusions of this article are as follows：(1) The welfare of source country are hurt by permanent emigration. (2) To control the inflow of temporary migration is one of the main public policies for stimulates the economics growth by the government. (3) The effect of prohibit illegal migration is uncertainty.
