甜椒果實成熟期與後熟作用對種子溶質浸潤滲漏與發芽之影響

Effect of Fruit Maturity and Post Harvest Ripening on Leachate and Germination of Sweet Pepper Seed

摘要


後熟處理可以減少甜椒(Capsicum annuum L.)轉色果種子浸潤時溶質滲漏量。如顯著降低導電度及鉀離子、氨基酸與可溶性碳水化合物之滲漏量。春作後熟處理則增加紅熟果種子鉀離子、導電度及碳水化合物含量。調查發芽率與浸潤液所含溶質量之相關關係指出爲顯著負相關關係。

Post harvest ripening for turning stage fruit of sweet pepper could significantly reduce the amount of lechate in seed. Leaching of K, electric conductivity, free amino acid and soluable carbohydrate decreased more evidently in the seed of turning stage fruit with post harvest ripening than red matured fruit. In spring crop the post ripening of red matured fruit may increase the amount lechate of seed. There are significant negative correlation coefficient between the amount of leachate and percent germination of seed.
