蘭花產銷班班員知識分享意願與行為之研究

A Study on the Willingness and Behaviors in Knowledge Sharing of Orchid Production and Marketing Teams

摘要


國內蘭花產業已面臨世界、產業環境的改變及知識經濟時代來臨的衝擊,如何提高其國際競爭力實刻不容緩。基此,本研究主要探討目的為以下三點:1.探討影響蘭花產銷班班員知識分享意願的相關因素。2.探討影響蘭花產銷班班員知識分享行為的相關因素。3.探討蘭花產銷班班員知識分享意願及知識分享行為的關係。 本研究針對國內66班蘭花產銷班共152個班員進行問卷調查分析之實證研究,主要發現為蘭花產銷班班員間的信任程度及人際關係,會對於知識分享意願與行為有所影響,且蘭花產銷班員未能進行知識分享的原因,有大多數班員認為本身尚需學習,還不足與班員進行分享。研究建議透過更多班員間非正式活動的交流,建立對彼此間的信任,以助於在知識分享意願的提升及提高知識分享行為的頻率。此外,政府相關研究單位應增多與蘭花產銷班的進行合作的機會,藉以提升蘭花產銷班知識分享行為,強化整體產銷技術的技術程度,進而提升國內蘭花產業的競爭力。

The domestic Orchid industry has faced changes in the global industrial environment and the international competitiveness of the industry urgently needs to be enhanced. Therefore, the objectives of this study include: 1. Discussing the influences of different factors on orchid production and marketing workers' willingness to share knowledge. 2. Discussing the influences of different factors on orchid production and marketing workers' behaviors to share knowledge. 3. Discussing the relations between orchid production and marketing workers' willingness and behaviors to share knowledge. The study researched 66 orchid production and marketing teams, altogether 152 workers. The study found the influence of trust and interpersonal relationship in orchid production and marketing workers' willingness and behavior to share knowledge. And the reason many marketing workers have not shared knowledge is that most workers think they still had too much to learn, so they didn't share knowledge with others. The study suggested promoting the frequency with which orchid marketing workers share knowledge by using more informal activities to establish trust. In addition, the government must promote research to look at cooperation between orchid production and marketing teams. By promoting the technical advancement of orchid production and marketing teams, the domestic orchid industry would become more competitive.
