航空照片掃描資料應用於林地變遷監測之研究

摘要


航空照片之空間解析力好,可作立體觀察,只要比較前後期的照片立可判定出其變遷的部分,問題是如何將其變遷的地方監測出來後,以最簡易有效的方法更新其資料庫,並正確的定位於地圖上,計算其面積或長度。 本研究利用(1)直接掃描航空照片及(2)描繪照片上的資訊於描圖紙上後再掃描兩種方法,將掃描所得的數據資料做成正射影像,然後數化正射影像上有關林地變遷的資訊,並將之建檔於地理資訊系統中,之後再將前後期的圖形作更新工作,即可迅速偵測出林地變遷部分在地圖上的位置及面積與長度。本研究結果發現,第二種方法比第一種方法更有效率,當然比先將照片資訊轉繪於基本圖上,再以數化板數化基本圖的傳統手描轉繪法更具效率,故值得推廣應用。

Aero-photo can be utilized for stereo-viewing due to its fine resolution. For this reason, forest land change can be easily detected by comparing two different temporal photos. However, the problem is how to measure the area of forest land change and to update GIS efficiently. This study utilizes the following two approaches: (1) Scanning the aero-photo and (2) Scanning the transparancy which was redrafted from the aero-photo, to obtain the scanned image and also to produce the ortho image by the transformation of the scanned image. The ortho image was them digitized to get the needed information for updating GIS. Finally, overlay two different temporal coverages of GIS and then the area of forest land change will be easily detected. The above result shows that the second approach is more efficient than the first approach and traditional approach which redrafts and digitizes the photo information on the base map. Therefore) this approach can be widely extended.
