本文就實務觀點探討公共圖書館該如何引入知識管理的理念，增進組織績效或實現所謂組織在面對非連續的變化所導致的重大變革或存活方案之際，所必須進行的知識管理。

The purpose of this article is to discuss the application of knowledge management in public libraries in order to improve the efficiency of the administration and promote the adaptability of the organization to face the increasingly challenging environment. The major task for public libraries is to transfer knowledge management for promoting libraries services in an era of knowledge economy.
