This case report illustrates a 14-year-old boy with multilevel disc herniation and spinal stenosis who presented with the symptoms and signs of neurological claudication. Two-consequent levels spinal stenosis and herniated discs in ado- lescents are extremely rare. The patient suffered from back pain for 3 years. The claudication and root signs were noted later. Straight leg raising test was normal. Radiological studies showed L3-4, L4-5 spinal stenosis and herniated discs. He received posterior decompression without discectomy. The patient could walk without any support 2 days after operation and return to his daily activity 1 month later. We should keep in mind the possibility of spinal stenosis and herniated disc when an adolescent complained of lower back pain.
