摘要

台灣研究遊憩管理亦不過是近年的事，如何整合行政體系，建立良好的管理系統，以提高經替績效，是目前急待解決的課題。本文旨在描述森林遊樂管程項目、結構及層級，並探討遊憩管理土的特徵，進而建立森林遊樂區管理層級系統，賦予明確的權力與責任。

Public recreation and park administration as an area of formal study is a phenomenon of the recent time. Establishing a well functioned management system which can integrate all levels of administrative system to promote the recreational activities is urgently needed. This report is a description to the scope of forest recreation administration and the structure and levels of recreation boards in Taiwan. Furthermore, this report collected some evidences in the current problems of administraion, and established some strategies for administrative system on forest recreation area. The administration of forest recreation areas is a hierarchy system, therefore, we suggest that the authority and responsibility of each govering body should be defined clearly.
