摘要

癌肉瘤是一個罕見的膀胱惡性腫瘤，混合了癌瘤和肉瘤的成份是這種腫瘤的特性。在此我們報告一位罹患膀胱癌肉瘤的五十七歲女性病人，她是因為無痛性肉眼可見之血尿而就診。靜脈泌尿道攝影、膀胱鏡檢和電腦斷層等一系列的檢查顯示出有一個巨大的膀胱腫瘤。我們為病人實施了部份膀胱切除術，病理檢驗證實為癌肉瘤。

Carcinosarcoma is a rare malignant tumor of the urinary bladder. This tumor has a char-acteristic admixture of carcinomatous and sarcomatous components. We herein present a case of a carcinosarcoma of the urinary bladder in a 57-year-old woman. She visited our hospital be-cause of painless gross hematuria. A series of studies including intravenous urography, cystoscopic examination, and computed tomography revealed a large bladder tumor. Partial cystectomy was performed. Pathology proved it to be a carcinosarcoma.
