摘要

新冠肺炎在2020年造成全世界大規模的感染，但台灣在政府與民眾的配合下展現出良好的防疫成果。不只確診個案不多，大多數個案也屬於輕症。奇美醫院實際照護的個案有三名，都是青壯年且皆為輕症。在治療過程中除了有使用過Hydroxychloroquine與Azithromycin外，大多數是利用支持療法，等待病人連續三次採檢陰性後出院。除了疾病治療外，病患也會因為被隔離及面對新興傳染病而有心理壓力，這也是照護新冠肺炎病患時需要注意的事項。

Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19) is a pandemic in 2020. In cooperation between the government and the citizens, Taiwan's coronavirus response is one of the best globally. In Taiwan, the number of patients with COVID- 19 is small, and most of these patients have mild disease. There were 3 COVID-19 patients admitted to Chi Mei Medical Center, and all of them were young adult with mild disease. Besides symptomatic treatment, we also gave Hydroxychloroquinea and Azithromycin during admission in order to decrease viral load. It was important to manage the mental stress of patients, especially when they were isolated and facing with a novel disease.
